The satellite fuelling platform is designed to measure the individual loadings and centre of gravity on two axis during the fuelling process. This feature reduces the requirement to spin the satellite prior to loading it onto the launch vehicle.

Since the initial delivery, a further seven systems have been supplied over the years with rolling upgrades, graphical interfaces service, calibration and ongoing support.
